Compostable plastic free!
Most dog bags are marketed as biodegradable which means they have plastic in. Others chain to be some bizarre mix. These are starch and compostable at home which are the two things I seem to have to spend ages researching to avoid the misleading marketing of brands like eart h rated. They are plastic pretending to be responsible. These are new and I have often ended up having to research a while new brand every time - I can't figure out why there is no obvious compostable sustainable option. These are very good. Easy to open, don't break or rip. No smell and I have had no issue yet. Recommend them and hopefully they will continue to be made. Otherwise I will have to research all over again!

Perfect dog poo bags
I’m really happy with these poo bags, not something I ever thought I’d be writing down! I realised the previous ones I was using were not properly rated to be as biodegradable as I thought. You really have to be careful by the wording companies use to make out they are good for the environment. These are now my poo bags of choice going forward. I’ve almost gone through my first 120 bags so there have been lots of varieties of poos along the way and these little bad boys have coped with them all admirably. No leaks which is the main thing but on top of that they were so easy to open every time. I’d read one review on here that said they were hard to open but I haven’t had one problem and they’ve been so easier to open than other brands I’ve previously had. One weird thing I have to mention is how bloody soft they are to touch, I’m talking the bag and not the poo here! They are super soft. I’m not sure this is something that I would ever expect or need from a poo bag but it’s definitely a plus and it also makes them feel really good quality. This is possibly the weirdest review I’ve ever written but I felt compelled to do so as I was so happy with my choice and also they tick the environmentally friendly box which was a major factor. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

Excellent for the price
We're very keen on the compostable credentials of poop bags and I was dismayed that our old favourite went down the route of "mostly" recyclable. Tried these and, honestly, wasn't expecting much as it was cheaper than our normal brand. There are some issues as the bags aren't very sturdy so I wouldn't be too rough with them. There is definitely some scent escaping from the bag, even when swan neck tied, so not sure how leak proof they are, however they are 100% recyclable, good enough for your average dog walker. Some scent may escape and I wouldn't exactly stick a full bag in my pockets, but they're good enough to carry around the park until you find a bin and mask the worst of any scent for a very reasonable price. For me, that's a win/win.

It’s a bag. For poo. A good one, but let’s not get excited.
“Consider adding a photo to your review”. No, Amazon, I won’t. No one wants to see a bag of poo. These do what they say on the tin. They’re reasonably environmentally sound (relatively, I guess), they come in cardboard packaging which is also good. The rolls are a standard size so fit most dispensers, and the bags are a decent thickness. No handles, but I prefer this as they’re just as easy to tie and less prone to splitting. No leakage or failures so far and I’ve been using these bags for a good while now.

Ditch the plastic and pick these
They fit my bag holders perfectly, they do their job and they are less damaging for the environment. They are a soft texture and you can feel more through them than plastic bags but the structure is more than adequate and I’ve had no incidents.Ditch the plastic and make the switch!
