Perfect poached eggs
I’ve had varying results over the years but this pan was super easy to use and produced perfectly poached eggs. I would definitely recommend it. I boiled for just under 4 minutes.

Excellent quality poached egg pan
Outstanding pan. Took a bit of experimenting for me, because I've never made poached eggs before, but ultimately, I think I've cracked the case (LOL). The little cups are too small for the large-sized eggs I buy; the egg FITS in a single cup but it won't cook properly all the way and you end up with the runny snot (GROSS!). Separating one large egg into TWO of the cups works perfectly. I also tried not using any cooking spray but you really do need it. Although poaching is definitely more steps than frying, I think it is healthier, which is what I was after.

Fine piece of equipment,very well made and poaches eggs without sticking to the cups every time. Would recommend. Good for gas or electric cooker.
