Shipping was very quick! The install instructions were straight forward as I have an electronic back ground. The suction cup was pretty much useless, but the rest of the tools were usable. The screen itself isn’t functioning correctly as I’m getting a lot of ghosting and the phone doing things without me even touching it. I contacted Amazon technical which in turn gave me the sellers email address. I sent them an email explaining my issues with no reply going on 1 week so far.

If you're just buying this product only for the screen, then you'll probably be happy. After I installed the screen, I'm very happy with the clarity and sensitivity, and face ID works fine. I was pleasantly surprised that the waterproof seal is very good as well. The screen protector is not the greatest and doesn't come with screen cleaner or wipes, but is serviceable.DO NOT buy this kit expecting that the tools will work for the replacement. Of the three screwdrivers included, one (Phillips) was actually the correct size, the other two (Pentalobe and 'Y') were too large and were therefore useless. I had the correct tools on hand, so this didn't bother me, but I could see this being immensely frustrating for someone who needed the correct tools to be included. As a note, if you're going to replace screens regularly (i.e. if you have teenage children), it will probably be worthwhile investing in a set of quality iPhone tools which will save you a ton of frustration.
