OsteoBall Deluxe - Clinically Proven to Help Build Bone and Muscles

I LOVE this thing. This is the easiest way to prevent osteoporosis. I use it 3 times a week, and the new one had a nice laminated sheet showing the exercises. I bought this as a replacement for my first one because the plastic ball inside of my first one broke. I bought a cheap beach ball as a replacement but keeping it pumped up was a pain so I gave my original on to my sister who has a balloon pump.

So far I like it. It's a different concept to only do 5 exercises and only twice and only every other day. LOL

I received this as a Christmas gift and did not have a positive experience. First of all, it was very hard to inflate, the instructions are obscure and, because it was a gift and had passed the 30 day trial period, I could not return it. On top of that, I could not deflate it per the instructions. I will try to sell it on ebay since I have no other recourse.

This tool is very engaging. The video (although an older production) is clear, informative and easy to follow. I was easily able to follow the directions and quickly identified the resistance I was supposed to be feeling. It's quick and effective. I am looking forward to my next DEXA scan to show the results from this instead of medication!

This helps a lot for people who aren't able to do regular exercise due to movement restrictions. Just follow the instructions and do the movements for a good workout.
