Thought It would produce self rising biscuits, but it doesn’t. Biscuits were ok, not great. Liked the conversion magnet that came with it

I've seen this for several years and wouldn't buy it since I know how to make biscuits BUT I don't bake as much as I used to so I gave it a try. Why should I measure out all of those ingredients when there's Southern Biscuit Formula L available? The 2 7oz. bags was a great way to try this mix and I made 4 wonderful biscuits the 1st time.

Easy to use biscuit mix. Small amt of mix for the price. Makes nice fluffy biscuits! Rather expensive to keep buying.

Followed instructions to make biscuits. The batter was too wet to roll (as it states to do) so I spoon dropped on the pan. The end result was something that resembled a flat pan cake ... could not even cut it in half. Taste was good however.
