lGood gloves for the money. I use them to filet fish and they have held up well to a lot of use, as well as the frequent washings .Downgrade of product. Very soon after I posted the above, I cut a small hole in the end of one finger. Fortunately I didn't have my finger all the way in. Subsequent to that I laid the glove on a flat surface and was able to cut a large hole in it. Apparently the thread with which the seam is sewn is not kevlar and can be cut through. I am now afraid to use the gloves.

This is not cut resistant. Certainly not level 5. This is less cut resistant than a 1 dollar glove from dollar store. Don't waste your money. I threw away the glove. If you don't believe me, try it with a knife. Any knife.P.S. Also, extremely slippery. Useless for anything. Add to the fact that it's not cut-resistant, you can actually hurt yourself by dropping your knife on your foot.

I actually ordered these gloves for gardening because it is unlike other gardening gloves that get crunchy after awhile. I like it that it's easy to wash too. But for cooking, I don't think it would work for me, perhaps because of the fabric used, it is not snug enough, it is so loose, just doesn't feel right.

Bought these for carving with a rotary tool. Was very impressed that they were able to turn what would've been a slip leading to a nasty chunk out of my finger into an "ow that hurt but at least there's no blood." Gloves are no worse for the wear, either. They don't feel like anything special but they are incredibly effective. Money we'll spent!

Used this in a pathology class with scalpels and I didn't cut myself with these gloves on.. Dont know if that was luck or because of the gloves.. when I physically tried to cut my hand a little with it, nothing happened

These gloves will save a lot of blood. Very comfortable and I use them often.

These gloves were great! I used them to slice brussell sprouts on a mandolins slicer. No bloody knuckles! They look like ordinary garden gloves but really do protect and you don't even get fabric remnants in this salad!

These gloves are an excellent fit. I ended up going a size smaller than normal so that I didn't have any loose finger tips while working with sharp objects or machines.
