Strong, durable, good design, value for money!
Loved the fact that this is made of the sturdy sheesham wood. Really heavy and good quality wood with great exterior finish to suit the aesthetics of your home. Ankush is a really helpful person who customized the bed according to the design we wanted. The bed arrived in Bangalore during one of the wettest Novembers and was packed beautifully, so no damage due to the rains. Additionally, there is an arrangement for assembly of the bed in Bangalore at no extra cost. All in all, definite value for money, and would definitely look forward to purchase more furniture from SS wood in the future if this level of quality is guaranteed. Recommend trying this even if you have half a doubt in your mind, you won't be disappointed, rather you can expect being delighted when you receive the product.

Part damaged
The unit looks sturdy. However one of the parts, the ladder, was delivered damaged and after contacting the seller and sending him pictures of the damaged part that he asked for multiple times, he stopped responding. I have a bunk bed with a damaged ladder.Poor experience

Bed frame shakes easily,sturdiness questionable
Bed frame is shaking, no guarantee for sturdiness,finishing is not good, drors provided are scratched, contacted seller to exchange the bed,first he was not ready to acknowledge issue then after lots of video call and feedback from carpenter he agreed.Now it's more than a month time still bed is not exchanged. Either shipment is wrongly delivered,or its getting stuck somewhere and now finally shipment is here but carpenter is not available..Really inefficient seller and product pls don't waste money in buying it!Have wasted lots of time and energy behind it and still bed is not exchanged
