Snap Hoop Monster for Husqvarna Viking/Pfaff (200 x 260mm) Magnetic Embroidery Hoop for Machine Embroidery

This Hoop makes it so much easier to position the design exactly where you want. I put it right on the machine and can maneuver the project into position. Little expensive for me but worth it.

The company improved their hoop as evidenced by the package cover. The new one says it is 4X stronger with heavy textiles. I got the old one even though the picture in description is the newer one. I sent it back for the right one. The old cover does not reflect the improvements. As to the hoop, I really like it and use it all the time. It is so much better than the hoops provided with the machine I purchased.

OH. My. Gosh.....if you have not bought one of these I recommend you do it ASAP. I’ve been using it now for a week to quilt a child size blanket. I LOVE it. Repositioning is a breeze and no more pain in my hands from pushing on a regular hoop!! I know they are a bit pricey, but totally worth it in the end.

I used this hoop for the first time yesterday with my Viking Designer Epic. It worked great, and with no hitches at all. Hooping was a breeze, and I wish all the hoops were magnetic instead of the hoop insert pressure method. The bottom frame of this magnetic hoop was delivered slightly bent, but it did not affect the utility of the hoop at all. I will be purchasing the small 200 x 200 Snap Hoop as well.

This hoop does not work on the Viking Designer Ruby Royale or the Designer Diamond Royale.Neither one of those machines takes has 260 x 200 M hoop size in their list of hoops on the machine.I purchased this hoop thinking it would work on those machines. Just a warning to other Viking owners.

Doesn't hold like I think it should. Works good on thinner fabrics, but not so good on thick.

I use this for edge to edge quilting on my embroidery machine. It’s a game changer. So much easier!!!
