On 5/25/2019 i wrote dirctly to Direct2boaterWe tried today using 2 clips to hold a towel on our pontoon rail. A light breeze lifted the towel and popped off both clips which sank to the lake bottom. I immediately jumped into water to retrieve a $25.00 towel. Had we been moving I would of understood these clips not holding, but they don’t seem strong enough even in a light breeze. Could you send me a few more clips or an order refund?

I got these to clip hats, towels plastic bags and other thin items to the bimini top and the boat rails. I dropped a hat in the water for example, and just clipped it the rail to dry while out cruising the lake. Handy accessory. You'll need a few to add to your boat tool box.

Actual color does not match picture. Picture is a light gray, almost silver like a rail. Actual color is a very dark gray, almost black. Very different and not expected. Still a good product but would have really appreciated the lighter color to blend with the railing gray.

These work pretty well but will blow off if it is windy. I found they work better in the wind if I place a piece of no-scoot liner between the clamp and the fabric.

These clips are sturdy. The blue matches our Bimini top.

They hold my thinner towels as long as the hem edge is not under it (makes it too fat for the clip to go over) and a thinner type t-shirt. They cannot be used while the boat is in motion as they will come off from the wind blowing under the edges of whatever it's clipped on to. I really like them for holding my trash bag on the rail. These are royal blue, not navy, not a dark blue at all.

Works perfect to hang those towels
