I have had many Vegavero supplements previously and always find them to be very high quality and formulated with some great synergistic ingredients.I have taken this for a few weeks so don't see any massive difference in my hair but having looked at the research on the ingredients, I can see why it has been formulated in this manner. As always, there are any fillers in here and there are high quality, clean ingredients.Looking to continue this to support my hair health. It can be pricey along with all the other regular supplements but I feel that these are nutrients that we don't always get from in abundance from food so supplementation helps.

The ingredients are natural and they are vegan.The bottle contains 120 capsules for two months and they are easy to swallow.I've been taking them for a while and I noticed less hair around my pillow and when I washed, so I think they are working, but I will see how my hair looks after the two months suppliers and if they look better I will buy again.
