I recently purchased a sun sail with high hopes of creating a comfortable shaded area in my outdoor space. While the design and material quality seem promising, I've encountered a frustrating issue that significantly affects its functionality.The sun sail constantly flaps in the wind, even after trying various methods to increase tension on the cables. I applied considerable torque to the cables, expecting the sail to stretch out and sit flat, but unfortunately, this did not resolve the problem. This persistent flapping not only detracts from the overall aesthetic appeal but also compromises the desired shade and comfort.While the sun sail's material appears durable and well-made, the lack of effective tensioning mechanisms is a significant drawback. I was hoping for a simple setup process, but the ongoing flapping issue has left me feeling unsatisfied with the product's performance.I appreciate the potential benefits this sun sail could offer, but as it stands, the wind-induced flapping undermines its intended purpose. I'm disappointed by the inconsistency between the product's description and its real-world performance. I hope the manufacturer can address this issue to provide a more enjoyable experience for customers looking to enhance their outdoor spaces.In conclusion, the sun sail's design and material quality show promise, but the persistent wind flapping issue is a considerable drawback that prevents me from fully recommending this product

Ideal for what we wanted to cover a hot tub when it rained on holiday so we could still use it all the time

Great sail which seems very durable. Whilst it is clear in the product description, don’t forget the sides curve so the coverage when hung may not be as big as you need. The solution is easy…..order a bigger one from this seller😀

Orded a 4x4 to block off one of our sides to the pagoda. This works well so far. Blocks out the wind and rain which is what we wanted it for. I will work my magic and make it look prettier with some lights. But we are very satisfied with this product 🙂

Used it as a cover for my pergola. Great quality, reinforced around the eyelets to prevent damage. Would definitely recommend.

Really simple to put up and does good job protecting from sun. The only downside was it under 3mx3m

Good quality, we added a few more straps to the edges to secure it where we wanted , lighter material than last one we had, water resistant , sides are not quite straight so against a wall it will gap a little in the centre.Would advise getting a pole to put up in the centre to make a dome if it rains as it will catch a lot of water.
