This tape may or may not work for you. It depends on what the intended use is for. First off it is masking tape. Most masking tape is designed for temporary use. I purchased this tape to seal kitchen trash bags air tight before putting them in my collection bin. This avoids a stinky trash bin with a gross garbage smell. See attached photo.The product description says “Removes cleanly for up to 24 hours”. Read between the lines. I would not recommend leaving this of type of tape on a sensitive surface very long (less than 24 hours). To make a point some years back I left this type of masking tape on a window for about five days. Removing the glue residue turned into a second project. For long periods of time skip this tape and use painters tape.Overall at a purchase price of $2.29 in July 2022 I have no complaints.

This masking tape is great. Didn't know this company made it. Will buy again now found it. Very useful.

Sometimes, you don't know how good you have it until you try something else. This masking tape tears well, doesn't rip when you don't want it to, and has the perfect adhesion. Not too sticky, but sticks until you take it off. Takes pen and marker writing without skipping or tearing. Even the width is right-sized.It's perfect. Do yourself a favor; don't go too cheap on masking tape. You'll regret it like I did. And then you'll buy this one.

I use this tape for my art work on mats.

The picture of the product says it is Made in USA, but to my disappointment, I see that the inner cardboard core says it is made In CHINA.

If you are looking for a strong adhesion this is not the product you're looking for. If you want moderate adhesion for temporary taping and masking I haven't found a better masking tape than this one.It's especially useful for sealing furniture doors, drawers, and packages while moving, since it doesn't leave a mark and the tape itself is pretty sturdy. This means the experience of hand-ripping the tape is much better than the 3M one since it's easy to pick up the edge, and the tape doesn't sheer or tear in the middle or curl up and stick to itself.Depending on the surface the tape could stay on for a decade or more. I've taped attachments onto furniture that have lasted 12 years. Some surfaces only last for a few years. However they do leave a sticky residue if it's been attached for a long time, so if you plan to keep your surface clean you should remove it when the task is done. The residue is still much less than stronger adhesive tapes, though.

I needed a little bit of masking tape so for $2 I was able to have it shipped quickly and at a good price why wouldn't I avoid the store

Does not work for holding sheets of paper to classroom walls. Previous versions of this product were good for that.

Best packing tape I've ever used. I taped furniture shut and it came off with no damage, no marks, no sticky residue. I'm really impressed. It's strong and easy to work with. I had no idea tape could be this good. I HIGHLY recommend it.

As it is "general purpose" masking tape, I tend to use masking tape like this for almost everything - but not painting. Need to temporarily seal a box or put a note on a power cable, this tape will be used.
