I love this brand of towels. I will keep buying this brand as I upgrade my other coloured towels

These towels are terrible. I had a good experience with the white ones, so i ordered black for our college student to take to school. Bad idea. Two months in and he is still dealing with the whole set of towels shedding lint on the floor, counter, and worse of all, on him. Registered these per the advertisement on the packaging but wouldn't you know, there's no way to contact the company for help or advice on how to stop the shedding. Spend your money elsewhere.

I didn’t have them long before they started to fray.

These are amazing! They are soft and not just fluffy after being washed they’re so soft and plush all the time. They absorb great. We’ve washed the first set 3 or 4 times now and they’re still just as soft as the day they arrived! I bought a set, used them and went back for another set. I threw away two sets from JC Penney that were only 4 months old because these are so awesome and priced great. I will only every buy these towels.

I wish I could give these towels 5 stars. They are absorbent, soft and a good value. So, what's the problem? I ordered 2 sets (2 towels, 2 hand towels, 4 washcloths each). I washed them before first use as directed. 3 of the 4 towels had little pulls in the weave. One had an ~ 6" string where the seam came undone. Not happy with that. Will be contacting the company. REVISION 6/15/2021: from 2* to 4*Customer service was AWESOME . They responded within an hour and immediately sent replacement. Highly recommend!!
