Needs a Better Source of Lemon Flavor
Chocolate itself has a nice creamy taste and texture and the lemon and ginger tastes good at first, but the lemon flavor comes from some somewhat chemical-tasting flavoring which gets cloying pretty quickly. Then just tastes like you ate a lemon-like flavor substitute.
