Inspired by his daughter Michele, second-generation watchmaker Jack Barouh began his rise to prominence in the watch industry by creating a line of colorful children's watches that were extremely well received. Sophisticated grown-up designs followed, and ultimately a new fine watch brand was born. Michele Watches made its debut with the celebrated CSX Diamond collection, the first of many collections to follow. Michele Barouh herself joined the company in 2000, having quite literally grown up in the business, and now serves as its Creative Director. Michele Watches transcends global boundaries, relying on international designers to create fine quality timepieces for the world market. Sophisticated and unique, the MW Collection displays cutting-edge fashion, an unwavering attention to detail, and an emphasis on quality and value that honors three generations of watchmaking tradition. The rectangular case of the Signature Deco Two-Tone reflects the geometric shapes identified with Art Deco architecture. Brilliant diamond indexes adorn the mother-of-pearl dial. An 18K yellow gold-plated and stainless steel bracelet adds the finishing touch. The bracelet is interchangeable with any 18mm MICHELE strap.

Stunning watch
The watch is lovely. The face was a little bit bigger then expected but the piece isBeautiful and heavy. A lot more elegant can be used in a formal setting...Update 2/23. Rarely used the watch and the gold tone was wearing off. Clock stopped working intermittently and the red logo on the setting knob fell off.Sent back to seller 2 months ago and I have not gotten it back. .Caution when purchasing....

Quite a mark up in price.
The watch is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. It actually came from Watch Max. I paid over $1400. For it. When I opened the box a price tag was attached to the watch. The price was $1095. I feel like I was ripped off ..

Really elegant looking watch that has a lot of bling going on!
This is an absolutely beautiful watch that has a very classic and yet modern and strong look that is somewhat different than many woman's watches that try overly hard to be feminine or trendy. This watch has a very understated elegance that is traditional and very expensive looking. It's the kind of look that I would expect to see in boardrooms in Manhattan or perhaps at an upscale dinner party, but I'm sure would be very nice as an everyday watch, too. I'm a professional photographer and I've photographed a lot of jewelry over the years and when this arrived I was really taken by the two-tone silver/gold look (I'd really call it platinum/gold, at least in its appearance) as well as the very nice sparkle of all those diamond chips. A nice watch is meant to be more than a timepiece, it's also meant to be seen as a fine piece of jewelry and that's exactly how this one comes across. The three inner dials (minutes, seconds and day of the week) are nicely laid out on mother of pearl and easy to read, also. The date circle in the bottom of the day-of-the-week dial is also easy to read--and on many watches it's pretty much impossible to read. There are six pairs of diamonds on the face that mark off hours. Also, the settings/controls on the right side of the watch are not overly obtrusive and seem to fit nicely in the overall design--and they are very easy for a right-handed person to operate.A nice watch is meant to be something that you'll keep for many years (I think this comes with a two-year warranty) and while this is a pretty pricey watch, no question, it is something that won't fall out of fashion. I can't speak to the longevity, but the company does have a very good reputation.

Very lovely watch
This is a reallly good quality watch. Reminds me of Cartier watches. Very beautiful. Not a small watch.

gorgeous.
I love almost everything about this watch. I was particularly surprised at the heft of it - it feels very substantial (but not heavy or clunky). The bracelet is flexible with an almost liquidey feel to the metal. The dial is gorgeous, with beautiful details and pops of color. The one thing I didn't love was the diamond markers on the numbers. They are super small, and embedded in a gold setting that has its own facets to try to draw out the twinkle. I honestly think I would have liked it better without them. But note: I'm still giving this a solid four stars, because I really, truly do love it - and I think you will, too! Oh - and it comes in a very nice gifting box (I love watch boxes) that does not disappoint.
