I am not skinny but also I am not overly heavy but the robe is extremely baggy/roomy.Measurements laying flat on the floor:Length from top seam at the neck opening to bottom is 46 inches.Hood is 15 inches from top to neck opening. 12 inches from front opening to the crown of the head location.Arms are 31 inches from neck opening to end edge of wrist. Length from one arm end to the other is 66 inches.Width is 34 inches.Pocket is 13 inches tall by 19.5 inches at the bottom and 14 inches at the top with openings on both sides of the pocket. The top of the pocket is 15 inches from the neck opening.It should work this fall and winter but I will need long socks and to tuck it close to my body so air isn’t coming in from the bottom.I am a 5’6” woman. The robe makes it mid calf. Unfortunately the robe does not reach my ankles. 3-4 more inches in height for me but this will vary. The length accommodates people down to about 5’2” who will find it is ankle length depending upon their weight.Ideally the giant pocket on the front would sit a little higher and a lot smaller. I could carry a baby, watermelon, or several bottles of wine. But I need to stretch to reach the bottom. A phone will always be at the bottom of course.The hood is laughingly huge. If I put it on my head without careful placement, the top reaches all the way past my chin in the front. I am not sure who has a head that this wouldn’t swallow whole and have room to spare. I see using the hood only during Halloween.The wrists are more fitted/stretchy similar to a sweatshirt. This helps for shorter arms and keeping the arms out of your food and drinks.Getting into and out of this is amusing. I get lost trying to swim to find the head hole due to the hood. Once the head is through the hole, the hood has to be flipped off to be able to see. Make sure to have a hairbrush nearby as not even a ponytail can tame the sweep of the hood. Taking it off is challenging as you are tangled up in the yards and yards and yards of fabric.The material is a very fuzzy fluffy velvet type material inside and out. Somewhat thick. Not for anyone who would rather not collect their pet’s fur.It is warm enough and the purple is deep and rich. Purple is slightly on the blue end of vibrant purple. Think Minnesota Vikings Football shade of purple.Improvements I’d like to see:1. Skip the hood and use the material to add to the length.2. Offer an additional option with smooth exterior but leave the fuzzy inside.3. Reduce the pocket size.4. Offer a smaller circumference size so we are not drowning in cloth.I’d buy it again but it would have been nice to be prepared ahead of time for what I purchased.

This hoodie is a single layer of fabric which is fuzzy on both sides and of decent weight for its purpose. It is not a heavy as those super plush blankets that you find everywhere but more along the lines of the cheaper throw blankets. This is actually a good thing as you will likely have some kind of lounge wear on under it so you will be plenty warm but not so warm that if you are doing something in it you become overheated and need to take it off. I have owned ones that were 2 layers with the inner being sherpa like material. I find that there are two problems with those. First the sherpa always gets matted and nasty feeling and second they are too warm. I live in MN and have worn one of those outside in subzero temps and been toasty. I don't need to be that warm in my house. This one will stay soft and cozy feeling! I love that this is longer, although was disappointed that mine is only 45 inches from neck to bottom hem instead of 4 feet as mentioned. I purchased the purple which is not a true purple but more of a blue violet crayon color (which I find to be even better). I did get it on sale and feel this was a great purchase

Bumping my review up to 3 stars for the great customer service I received. The company sent over a replacement blanket saying that the fuzzies shouldn't have been an issue. While the new blanket has less visibly big fuzzies, the tiny hair threads that this thing sheds is still an issue and bothers my eyes so I'm still going to have to rate it low. It's super soft seems like it is of good quality, but if you are easily bothered by the shedding like me, look elsewhere.Original review:I put this thing over my head and immediately regretted it. I was picking lint off of myself for the rest of the day. It got in my eye lashes which caused my eyes to be irritated all day. I got the purple one. Really pretty color. Was excited when I opened it, but disappointed quickly. Returning it.

It is extremely soft , a beautiful color and VERY Warm . I was so excited to put it on but temperature wise in the house I may have been putting the cart before the horse . Can not wait to put it on for winters in New York . I am thinking of getting more for xmas presents for my friends.

Buy one buy three buy them all can't go wrong amazing softness amazing comfort amazing that it makes this big and tall (chunky and tall) feel normal. 6'3" and wide still goes to my knees and plenty of room for comfort.

I bought this for my best friend's birthday she absolutly loved it she loves the fact she can walk around her house and cook and do anything and stay warm while doing so the sleeves are cupped around the wrist so it holds warmth in and keeps the sleeves out of the way so you have full function of your hands she really loved it she hasn't washed it yet so I don't how it will be after that I saw some reviews about it shedding after wash or it bunching up but it could have been how they washed it so just wash it on a gentle or handwash cycle and as far as the dryer just take precautions maybe dry it in a laundry bag on an air fluff cycle there's always multiple options and precautions you can take working with any fabric so I wouldn't harp on those facts operator error is a thing lol all in all it was a successful gift

The blanket hoodie was so very soft that I wanted to keep for myself but I am giving it as a gift to my grandson in law for Christmas. He loved his wife's so much, he wanted one too.

Es suave, el color es tal cual en las fotos; yo mido 1.50 y me llega a los talones, pero no me molestó porque buscaba que me cubriera casi toda, pero para que lo tomen en cuenta; tiene una bolsa delantera muy útil para guardar tu celular o más cosas; la eché a la lavadora y sigue igual de suave. La tela no es ni tan gruesa ni tan delgada.

Es la mejor prenda para ambientes fríos. Yo mido 1.63 y cuando me acuesto los pies quedan fuera de la cobija, pero no es problema; calcetines y listo. El único detalle es que pinta otras prendas, me la puse con una blusa blanca y pintada de rosa, y suelta algo de pelusa, no se la pongan con pre das que tiendan a atrapar pelusa.
