UPDATE 8/13/20: I decided to spend $8. to replace the 600 mAH, AAA solar battery on all 4 since they basically were dead 4 months after I purchased them. March 2020-June 2020. I also had another solar brick set that were limping along...those lasted 3 years for some reason. I bought them on Amazon in 2017. A different seller. I replaced the battery in these 4 lights and they work great. For now. So, don't throw these glass lights out. Just replace the batteries like you would a flashlight!I've bought this style before and they lasted a few years. I bought these recently and for a few months, they were good. Now, they are not holding their charge and they do get hours of Southern California sun. The lights aren't very bright now and it's really a bummer. I like the glass cube aesthetic but if they don't last...they're not worth it. They are not cheap either. So, I guess I'm going to look at a different type of solar light for my landscape needs.

This is the first time of purchasing solar lighting. These cubes seem to be working just fine for the small patio area I have. I have pea pebbles around my stepping stone so I was able to put these down inside the pea pebbles to be flush with the rest of the landscaping. Makes a soft light to light the walkway. If they continue to work I'll be ordering a few more sets to highlight the area.

These are a nice accent to your yard, garden or porch/deck area. They are weighted quite a bit, so they aren't going to shift if left on an above ground service. They are also protected by a thick glass coating, protecting the light and the bottom plastic protects the battery, so these are perfect for indoor or outdoor use. They could use a better indicator as to whether or not they are on/off. I had to charge these for two days as I assumed they were off, but were actually on, so I had to reset the switch and wait another day to use them. Other than that, no problems. They are a warm white color as described and give off a pleasant glow that's not at all blinding like similar style in-ground lights.

Absolutely put the finishing touches on our pebble patio! I bought three sets of these and we used them in our patio area. They are glass and really solid! Also quite bright. I couldn’t be happier!!

These are a great idea, however the description says “pool pond” which led me to believe I could use them to light the water feature on my patio. They are NOT in fact submersible. Also many of them did not work at all. I purchased three boxes of four lights and out of the twelve lights I received I had to return eight of them because they did not light. I kept the four that work & I use them on my patio table like candles and they are nice for that. I’m still hoping someone will offer a solar LED light that is submersible for my little waterfall.
