These work great for my necklaces but I only use the silver toned extenders because the gold tone looks too orange. They would be ok for extending non gold necklaces or if you can hide it under your hair. The silver work great for me, except the shortest length; I wouldn't have a use for that unless a clasp breaks. I would definitely buy more of the silver.

So good except the gold doesn't match any of my jewelry, it's much more orangey-yellowey (like the stars on this review). I still use them but its offputting

I purchased Silver. I like to wear multiple necklaces at the same time. I have found that there are several that are the same length which kind of defeats the purpose. I used to get new chains for those that had pendants but that seemed like a waste and kind of pricey. Now I will use these extenders to slightly increase the chain lengths so that my necklaces tier nicely. I only wish I had found these earlier in life!
