Perfect in combination with Q Acoustics 3030i speakers. I feel I have a very high-quality speaker setup at a very reasonable price. The sub is able to fit in the corner of my office in a somewhat tight space, and because it is relatively thin it does not take a lot of counter space away. This is just a very well made subwoofer and sounds great.

What can I say about this? I bought it on sale, and for what I paid, this thing HITS HARD. The bass is tight, with the correct amount of boom when needed. It has twin 6.5" drivers, and at 140 watts, I was worried that my main speakers would overpower it.....I WAS WRONG. I am running it off a Bluetooth stereo unit I have in my home office. It sounds excellent and is tunable within the stereo head unit and the back knobs. I turned it into the corner, and it amplified the sound. The spiked feet keep it planted on the carpet and where I placed it. Auto-on is a nice feature, so I don't have to crawl under the desk each time I use it.

This unit offers great bass sound and fits perfectly in my narrow space.

I used this to replace my Bose acoustimass 5 series sub that was recalled for fire hazard and Bose would not repair. I retained the original 5 series cubes. Set up was easy and the bass quality is better than the Bose sub in my opinion. The crossover range is good so no drop out or perceivable holes. Would definitely recommend.

Have owned many renowned audiophile quality subs from REL, Sunfire, Genesis, M&K and Hsu to name a few over the years. All had excellent sound characteristics for their respective sizes but as for aesthetics, they were all black cubes or rectangular boxes. Instead of standing the QA3070 as designed to take advantage of the narrow profile, I'm using it on it's side for a low profile in place of the bottom shelf of my audio rack so it blends in. It fits perfectly supported by Vocalbeat isolation pads so there is no contact with the rack. With excellent quality and workmanship of the cabinet and the hidden cable connections, it makes for a very sweet installation. The twin 170 mm drivers deliver ample extra tight bass for my two channel audio system despite my two way monitors having 180 mm woofers!

The sub has completely died on me after working fine for a few weeks. No idea what has happened. Power light not going on at all.I’ve ordered a replacement to give this a second chance, but first impressions are not positive obviously.

Ich möchte hier nicht die akustische Qualitäten von Q Acoustics 3070s beschreiben - jeder hat etwas anderen Ohrapparat und soll das kaufen, was ihm vom Klang gefällt und nicht aufgrund von Tests und Beschreibungen entscheiden. Eine Sache ist aber sehr wichtig - bei allen Subwoofer 3070 Reihe steht im Amazon die Tiefe des Subwoofers 42,5 cm. Und das ist falsch. Er ist nämlich 52,5 cm tief und passte somit bei mir überhaupt nicht auf die für ihn vorgesehene Stelle. Auf der Herstellerseite stehen dann richtigen Abmessungen.Ich habe ihn trotzdem Behalten - Klang!!!!

First off by no means am I an audiophile but I do consider myself a bass head and this thing I can confidently say packs a lot of bass. It was a little bit bigger than I was expecting but that was my fault for not paying proper attention to the description and measurements. When I first used it I find it quiet and not bassy at all but after playing with the levels and phase at the back of the sub I saw an improvement. I was contemplating returning it because I couldn't believe how little the bass was compared to my old Yamaha which was cheaper and smaller. However by day 2 after the Sub Woofer loosened up and had broken in, and I also turned on a feature on my Pioneer AV Receiver called Bass Booster the sound was absolutely incredible.As you would expect it's great for bass heavy music and action films. The sub looks nice and stylish with a sleek and slim form factor, excellent for space savers like me. It complements my other Q Acoustics speakers and goes nicely to complete my 3.1 sound set up. Over all a very good product from Q Acoustics and highly recommendable.

I was looking for extra depth to my audio set up, Marantz 6007 and Q Acoustics 3030s. This woofer is perfect. I would imagine that if I pumped it up to "11" plaster would fall off the wall but that's not my game.As you can see from the pic it fits into the space available. Not possible for the usual square and boxy woofer.In short, for me, PERFECT.

Excellent ! Connected this to my DENON avr as part of my home cinema system and it is fantastic ! Controlled , refined and never boomy . Great value sub - you won’t be disappointed .
