Too difficult to clean

UPDATE ! This company acted in a very professional way !They refunded my original purchase and sent me a replacement totally free of charge.The replacement was better and was easier to use but perhaps I was unlucky as others have liked it....(Looks good and there then it ends!The grating part was impossible to lift out with fingers ! I had to prise it out with the end of a spoon !Extracting juice from apples was a disaster...Very little juice came out as most of it was in the pulp which was absolutely saturated...Total waste of my fruit and my time as I sent it back for refund.....maybe it's better for carrots? but for apples and similar, give it a miss!)

I have only used twice so far and pleased with the results.

This is a really nice and solid product and it extracts the juice really well. I haven't had a juicer in a long time so at first the components looked really daunting. But a few seconds later it all seemed straightforward. I had a similar moment when it came to cleaning but, even though there were a lot of components, it felt even easier than the food processor (and safer!).The photo is from beetroot, carrot and ginger juice. I also through some half pieces of lime in there to see how well it dealt with it and it went really well.We even used the leftover pulp (which was really dry) to make some high-fibre vegetable patties to have in soup.
