There are many products like this Quad lock that are junk. Frankly, after I ordered it i was ready to dump it in the trash thinking it would in up being junk.Well it's not junk, it's made well and works wonderfully on my Goldwing. It's very secure. I even ordered one for my bicycle.Good product worth the purchase. I even bought the MagSafe case for by I phone from Quad Lock. It Charges perfectly and is a really nice case.Seems to be a really good company. It's nice to get something from a company that actually puts some thought into their products.

I was using a claw style RAM mount and finally made the change and I love the stability and quickness to connect/disconnect. I had an occasion to contact Customer Service and they were prompt and professional. Good product!

Works great , I want stuff fastened, glued down, nailed, I’m not the floating floor type,not the pick up my expensive cell phone off the trail type, I like hearing it click/lock in , once I hear that I don’t have to think or worry about it ! I can concentrate on enjoying a ride! If you like buying new phones it’s not for you but…

Solidly holds a phone. I had a Peak Design locking phone case where my phone flew off after just 2 km on a dirt road. It would be nice if the Quadlock were easier to mount and dismount, but not at the sacrifice of performing as badly as the Peak Design locking system. I had some time where I was dealing with a hand injury, and the Quadlock was a bit of a challenge to use.

Switched from using RAM mount X Grip to Quad lock. Takes some getting used to on attaching phone. This is mounted on my motorcycle, rain or shine, and it has held the phone quite securely over some major bumps. The rubber part that covers the ball portion dry rotted and basically disintegrated after a year of use. I wish the rubber part could be purchased as a replacement instead of having purchase a new complete mount. If not for that, I would have given 5 stars.

Great phone mount for any application, sturdy on the trails in the jeep or on the bicycle. Easy quick release without obstructing view.
