Surface look bad
The 1st one I bought looked good so I decided to replace another bathroom sink with the same produce. Unfortunately, the 2nd set arrived with uneven surface and even some tiny dents, much different in quality from outside looking. But the 2nd's handle moves smoother than the 1st. Looks like quality control is non-existing. I will try this product after a year or so to see if it get improved. Meanwhile, thanks for Amazon's easy return service..

Good Value
The faucet looks great! Really nice brushed gold finish. We purchased two: One installed perfectly, the 2nd had water line hoses too large or off spec so it couldn't be installed. Returned the 2nd one for a replacement. I would buy again, as long as I was OK if it has to be replaced. We have an extra bathroom so waiting for the replacement is not problem.

OK price for what it is
The faucet arrived and it looked good till I came to install it. The price is OK but in this case it should be about $10 cheaper. The toll, supplied with the faucet which is a very important tool didn't fir the screw which was supplied so instead of taking 15 minutes to install took almost two hours as I had to go buy the tool for $10. Its absolutely not acceptable. Or I could have asked a plumber to do it which they would have the toll but them would probably charge $100. NOT HAPPY

Different from description
Specifically ordered this faucet because it had the pop up stopper,but came with the pull lever instead...thought maybe I made a mistake and ordered the wrong one, but nope, my order shows the pop up was supposed to come with it...disappointing..
