Great non-name brand!!
The media could not be loaded. I can’t say enough good things about this propane water heater. I’ve had it installed for several months now, and it has always worked. It reduces the amount of flame when you call for low temperatures or less water demand, but it’s fully capable of putting out scalding water. I have it set to 120° and that is plenty hot for us. I was having the house painted, and the guys covered the intake/export vent on the outside unbeknownst to us, and the safety features prevented the unit from firing up. Didn’t get my shower, but it turned out fine. When it was uncovered, the unit returnedto perfectly normal operation. No resetting faults or anything. It was very easy to hook up and had ample instructions, though it did not come with the valves on the bottom. I had to purchase those extra, as well as the gas connections. At less than half what most name brand products cost, this is an exceptional value. Only heating water when you need it saves money on fuel cost as well. The diagram indicates it would be scary to open this thing up to service something, but the way it’s been working so far, I hopefully will never need to. It does need a 110v power outlet to plug into for ignition and computer components, but I’ve been able to power it with an inverter/generator so even in times of no power, you can still have hot water…. provided you have a generator:) I’m considering another for the other house where I have a tank full of hot water sitting all the time. The space I would save I could add a stack unit washer and dryer in that closet too. It’s very quiet as well, about the noise level of a microwave running, so putting it in an interior home closet won’t wake the neighbors….or kids. Very pleased with this purchase!!

Don’t do it. For any reason. The review I wish I’d seen.
Purchased April 6th 2023. Would give anything for a Time Machine. Professional install, everything done correctly and as suggested..and I can count on one hand how many times I’ve turned my water on and hot water came out the first try. It usually takes turning it off and back on 5-6 times before the water actually is warm. (And I’m talking let it run for 3-5 minutes each time). You can Forget an uninterrupted shower, It kicks on and off, throws error codes and shuts off while running. When it’s checked for errors nothing shows of course so there’s “nothing to fix”. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never own another one of these in my life. It simply does not work..unless you want hot water when it decides to work, but not on your time. I wouldn’t take it if someone paid me to. Not even getting started on the hassle it was to actually get it delivered. I’m done with it. It’ll be in my front yard tomorrow morning and I’ll have a traditional water heater.

Good so far
So far so good, but the real test is how long it lasts. Feels solid and well-designed, so it's odd that the instructions are so horrible. I'm talking literally word-salad at times, with many half-sentences that make no sense at all, as if they decided to just publish a mock-up of the booklet before finishing the writing. But it's not rocket science when the unit is working, so you can probably figure everything out, but you'll need extra luck (or help) if you have unusual questions or problems. The brass-colored metals at the bottom of the unit are actually kind of cheap, but mostly the unit feels sturdy. I have gotten no error codes yet after more than a week of use. For the price, it seems a good four-star purchase, assuming it lasts for some years.

My 3rd Fogatti product working great as usual; good customer service took care of my product issue
This was my 3rd purchase of Fogatti products, as i started with a portable water heater for the backyard and outdoor camping, that worked out well for me. So when my plumber wanted to charge me a few hundreds for flushing my 15+ year tank water heater, i was like why not upgrade to a tankless water heater? It's a heavy(duty) machine i have to say, and it took me quite some time to flush out the water from the old tank heater and remove it from the "closet", but worth all of the efforts. So many hard water sediments inside the tank than i had expected, i can't believe we've been using hot water from the tank water heater for so long, and that also explains why sometimes the hot water seemed to be white rather than transparent. Installation of the new one was straightforward for me as a handyman, keep in mind there's extra costs for vent pipe, service kits and other accessories needed. This tankless one heats up only when hot water is needed, look like my gas bill of last month did go down by a few dollars. Lastly, one more thing to mention, the tank i received had a dent on the side, probably the shipper or someone hit the box too hard. I contacted their customer service and a lady in FL responded immediately and took care of my case. Good customer service... so i actually referred to (showed off) my neighbor/buddy and he ended up buying one too. It's gonna be our DIY project(aka fun) for this weekend or next.
