- About this item 3D weight plate: the weight plates are designed for the Suprfit Sigurd 3D weight vest and fit perfectly into the designated compartments. They have an ergonomic fit in three dimensions and therefore fit comfortably on the upper body. Maximum: all weight plates have the same ergonomic shape and can be combined as desired and uncomplicated. Each Suprfit Sigurd 3D weight vest can hold a maximum of up to 17.5 lbs (approx. 8 kg) on each side. Individual: each set contains two powder-coated weight plates, which can easily be supplemented to the standard weight of a Sigurd 3D weight vest. In this way, the training load can be easily and easily adapted to the individual needs.
