It worked nowhere near as good as the trivita b12. I will not order again...

I thought I had IBS for years. I started taking these and noticed I'm much more tolerant of hard to digest foods. After noticing the correlation I discovered that a B12 deficiency can cause digestive problems. I hadn't started taking these for that reason but I'm elated to be able to eat legumes and wheat again. Can't guarantee this will work for anyone else but if you've had digestive issues and were considering a new B12 supplement I'd suggest you give these a go.

Work pretty well

These are a great product that my children actually like to take. I give it to them first thing in the morning to help get them moving and I can tell a definite difference in their energy level when we skip a day or two. I give them with Hyland's ferrum phos. to help them absorb the iron.

Takes forever to even partially dissolve and I still end up chewing it to get it out of my mouth.

I love this product. It really works. I use this product almost everyday.

would not buy again

Not even worth one star. This product is damaged and old. I’m shocked it was sent out to me this way. And I can’t get a refund. Shame on you. I used to love this product but no more after this. Shame on you.
