loooooooove the quality, freshness, TASTE of this fabulous marsala!
This marsala is very obviously of the "premium quality" I had hoped for (and expected, quite frankly, at this price and with an organic label) - "spicy" (NOT in a hot way) yet refreshing, a bit nutty, a little peppery...Now, to be fair, I did just sort of describe all marsalas (or at least how it SHOULD taste!), but this one is very...*strong* without being overpowering/overwhelming, very *balanced* (the flavors I described could very obviously and incredibly easily compete with each other!), and incredibly crisp/clean. It all just smells and tastes and just *feels* so FRESH and wonderful...absolutely in love with this particular marsala, and I can't recommend it enough! I'll definitely be keeping this one in my pocket, and I'll be ordering it again...especially at this price (if it seems expensive to you, I assure you that it really isn't - it's one of those relative things; in comparison, it's completely reasonable, if not cheaper than most - for me, it's one of the cheaper I've seen...and definitely the absolute cheapest for the QUALITY!).Full disclosure: I received this product in exchange for a fair and unbiased review.
