After 2 weeks of taking this product, my weight did not change. My appetite was not decreased (unfortunately) and my weight was not lost.

So far so good. No tummy upset and it appears to be curbing my appetitie. The label advises taking 1 capsule 20-30 minutes before eating, and as already mentioned, it appears to be working fine. Check back in a month. :)

I was happy to receive this supplement, because I have chronic fatigue and have been looking for a fix... This supplement is easy to take, in case you are one who has trouble taking medicines or supplements in capsule form. These are intended for relief of fatigue, stress, etcetera, and I've found they are very helpful for me in that regard. I'm sure I'll be reordering these at full price when I am low on supply. These give me a more natural energy, without the jitters of coffee. Overall I am super happy with this supplement, so purchase with confidence... :)

This is a great dietary supplement if you wanna shed a few pounds without a foul aftertaste in your mouth. These capsules are also just the right size that swallowing is very easy, and conveniently, you only have to take two of them a day, unlike many other supplements that may make you take several a day.

No good. Does not suppress appetite. (Actually felt as though I craved sugar more than usual) Used as directed with no results. Do not waste your money!
