Expensive for what it is and no pump as pictured. Hard to get it out of the bottle without pump

Pump doesn’t work
I’ve used seven for several years. The reason I gave this a four start had to do with the packaging. The container was not sealed and the pump does not work making using it difficult.

I just received mime and the shampoo appears to be watered down. I used almost the entire small bottle in one wash
