Q: what country are these made in?

Made in Cambodia. Great item. I have purchased several Quiksilver items in various colors as they are high quality and look wonderful.

Q: Listing says "92% nylon, 8% elastane," but the product description for size "l" says "93% polyester, 7% elastane." which is true?!

If I understand your question, I don’t believe you could possible know the difference between 7% and 8%. This is a question for the manufacturer.

Q: Will Medium be loose enough for a 5'-9", 150 pounds, and aprroximately 40 inch chest and 40 inch waist?

Bought for my husband who is 5”10 and 167 lbs. chest about 40 with 32 inch waist and is not tight but not super loose. Hope this helps!
