I thought it would look like a "grandma" dress...you know VERY matronly. I decided to take a chance. I needed it for my son's wedding. I was going to make a dress, but the alterations were too much for me to handle. I made my purchase based on other reviews. Many had purchased for their child's wedding, so I figured they must be around my age (60) or younger. They gave glowing reviews about how they got many compliments, etc. I needed the dress, so I bought it. I am very pleased! The fit is good (better than what I probably would have made) and it does not look like an old person's dress. I am very pleased with the dress and will be able to wear it to other events. A good purchase. My husband also likes it.

I ordered this jacket dress and two other dresses to choose from for our wedding. I am 5’6” and 155. This dress fit perfectly! It was as if it were made for me. The dress was perfect for our January, 2019 wedding. I wanted a beautiful dress but one that suited a mature woman for her second marriage. This was the one for me! It was a lovely day here in California, around 65 degrees and our wedding took place at 11:00 a.m. By the time we took pictures after the ceremony, it was warm enough to have pictures in the garden outside the church. I’m glad the dress had a matching jacket otherwise I would have been too chilly. I am so glad I chose this outfit. I love it and so does my husband!

Ordered this dress for my daughter's wedding. Ordered it one day and received it the next!! Love the dress. It is very flowing and flattering to my size 16 frame. It is so much more comfortable than all the dresses I was trying on at the bridal dress shops. I love the tiered bottom and it fits as expected. The only way it could have been better is if it had come in silver instead of grey. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend.

I bought this dress in the Faded Rose to wear to my daughter's upcoming wedding in August. After looking at and trying on several dresses, many of which cost a lot more, I knew this was the one as soon as I put it on. Another plus, it's easy to put on. No zippers. Simply pull it over your head and slip your arms through. It's a beautiful dress, the color is as pictured, and I think it would be figure flattering to all body types. I ordered my normal size and it fits great, other than the jacket sleeves being a little too long. I think I'll be able to make that alteration myself. Also, I am 5'2", and the dress falls about 2" below my knees, but still looks beautiful. The only thing I did not care for was the shoulder pads, which I can easily remove. So glad to have finally found a dress that I feel good about! Looking forward to wearing it in a few more months!!

I typically wear a size 12. I placed an order for 2 dresses in faded rose and 2 in eggplant in size 12 and 14 for a fall event. They were Prime eligible with free returns and my event was 4 days away. I received them on the third day. Size 12 fits but it was a bit tight around the arms so I went with the 14. The rose ones have shoulder pads on the jacket and the eggplant ones don't. I chose the rose dress but I removed the shoulder pad because they were obvious looking at the back of the jacket. What I don't like in the style of the dress is the second "tier" of the skirt which is split in the front and in the back: I thought this was not very flattering and the split was somehow more obvious on the eggplant dress than on the fade rose dress . I added a gold metal belt on the rose dress, heel pump shoes in champagne and the Envelope Wristlet Clutch Crossbody Bag with Chain Strap in Champagne to finish the look. I felt like a million bucks. I am returning the 3 dresses I did not select and I don't anticipate any issues [the dresses are still in transit at the time I am writing this review]

I bought this dress as the grandmother of the groom. I am 69 years young, 5'10" and 160 pounds. I selected size 10 which was perfect in every aspect but the length. The dress in Faded Rose is much nicer than it looks in the picture. I ordered some beaded gold sandals and they looked great. But, the dress was just above my knee, about as shown on the model and I thought it was too short. If the dress had been two inches longer I would have kept it. The fabric is nice, just needs a steaming in the bathroom to take wrinkles out. You can't go wrong with the dress if you are 5'8" or shorter.

bought this for my daughter's wedding as I didn't want long gown. The color is beautiful and the dress looks flattering. not an easy task sometimes when 50+

This dress is very comfortable and flows. Many compliments at my son's wedding. I had ordered the size 10 first and it was a bit big. (I am 5'2" 120 lbs). I found it fairly easy to iron with quick passes of the steam iron.

This is a lovely dress and jacket. Elegant and perfect for a formal event. The colour Concrete is a pale grey and is quite sophisticated.It fits a little too large so I am returning it.

The dress was very beautiful and looked as it was as in the photo. I ordered the dress for my mom. The only thing I would suggest is that the sizing could be easier. When I ordered the dress there was no where to chose a petite item which is what I wanted. The dress description was Petite or Regular but there is no where to choose. Which is why I had to have it altered. The dress was ordered for my son’s wedding. Thank you

Unbelievable amount of compliments on style and color. Photographed very well. The Steel grey was beautiful. And the price was very reasonable. I was prepared to pay at least twice as much and don’t think I would have gotten address as nice
