Perfect; amazing customer service!
I wrote a really long review, and went to answer a text. When I came back, the review was gone. I love these so much that I am writing the whole darn thing again. Before I lose you with details, I'll give you the gist...They're comfortable, the sound is awesome, call clarity for those on the receiving end is crystal clear, and customer support is simply amazing! I use them every night for at least three hours and have had them for six months.I use these so I can watch TV at night and not disturb my partner. I like them because I can hear the sound perfectly, but can also hear if my daughter wakes up and cries out since they don't go *in* the ear. It isn't to where I hear outside noise if I am not actively listening, though. And positioning is KEY for getting what you want out of them, like more noise cancellation (more on that later).I needed a headset for a call one day because of what I was doing at the time. It never occured to me to use them for that before. The person on the other end was shocked that I was using headphones. They even did the whole "Wait, you're on them right now?? Or you meant you were using them earlier? Because I can't tell at all!". They ended up asking for the link to purchase their own on that point alone. They're also extremely comfortable. I have bought so, so many headphones over the years and they all hurt my ears after an hour or two. These don't at all. When I am finished using them, I have to touch the back of my head/ears to see if I took them off or not. This brings us back to positioning. Even changing the angle or how close they are to your ear the slightest bit makes a huge difference. Play around with them to get the best use for you, personally. The cool thing about that is there are more uses for them, depending on your preference (like me preferring the ability to listen to what's going on around me). Definitely don't give up right away.As for customer service, working with them was an absolute DREAM. As mentioned, it had been six months since my purchase, so I assumed I would just lose out. I was not aware of the warranty and decided to contact them about an issue just to see, not expecting much. (I noticed the one year warranty after speaking to them and re-reading the product details.) My issue was not a "normal" or common one. It was simply this one pair and it was small, so no need to worry. They responded within *a couple of hours* - not days like some places. They sent me a brand new pair, and told me I didn't even need to send the old ones back! It was so simple and quick.Overall, I see no reason to not give these a shot. I truly think you'll be pleased! I bought a few with the same design idea and did not like any of them. Then I found these. They fit all my needs and were also the cheapest! Best of luck!

Good, could be better
I like how the fit comfortably around my ear even with my glasses on and the sound is really good, I just wish the battery life lasted longer.

Terrible bought twice never work
Try this bad choice spoke with the company was told I had to reboot it myself that it wasn’t set up correctly got a second pair had the same thing. Neither pearwood turn on no response I would not recommend poor quality, poor company, poor workmanship. This was important to me.

NOT BONE conduction
Keep in mind these are NOT bone conduction headphones. They are more like having a mini speaker in front of each ear pointing back into your ear. I have true bone conduction (aftershokz) headphones and thought I was buying real bone conduction headphones because i didn’t read the description closely enough and they showed up on the list when I typed in “bone conduction headphones”. They didn’t fit my needs after trying them out anyway for a few days but they aren’t bad for the price depending on what you use them for. I gave them to my wife so she can listen to music and shows around the house and still be able to hear our infant and it works great for this. Would also be good in an office setting where you want to still be able to hear what’s going on around you. Not great for me for 2 main reasons: not waterproof enough. I walk a lot, often in light rain, and I sweat a lot. Also, because it’s not true bone conduction there is no way of blocking out noise without affecting sound quality. True bone conduction means you can put earplugs in to block out traffic and loud environmental sounds and it actually INCREASES the volume of whatever is playing on the headset. Because these are basically just mini speakers pointing towards your ear holes trying to block out environmental noise with earplugs also reduces the volume of the headset. So if you keep this in mind and use it accordingly I think its a good value. I DO think that the seller is intentionally trying to deceive buyers by having “conduction” as a main descriptor….it’s true that it is air conduction….which is what normal sound is. I suppose it could be as innocent as them wanting to show up in the same open ear style that people are looking for when the type in bone conduction, however the product description should have emphasized that fact upon cursory review of the item

Nice headphones, but single button for control is horrible requiring voice commands only
These sound great, good battery life, comfortable with glasses, hat.The major issue is, paired with my Android phone at least, is there's only ONE button. So for next track, you have to push the button 3 times, then wait around 2 seconds, then hear a beep (20% of the time you don't hear the beep), then speak "Next Track" (or "Next" or "Previous Track"), then wait another 2 seconds to see if the request was processed. Background noise sometimes throws it off while I'm walking, I suspect jogging and wind noise would also throw it off.The old version of these headphones I had, there were 3 buttons: +, play/pause, -. Press +/- is next/prev track, hold +/- volume up/down.. very simple, efficient.THIS version, with voice control only, it's slow and just annoyingly cumbersome vs just adding the 2 additional buttons. It sounds like a minor thing but it's a major annoyance just to change songs.Today, voice control stopped altogether. It would beep, then wait and.. nothing. Restarted Spotify, restarted phone, same thing. Then once I unlocked the phone, it worked as expected. It's a nice product, but go with another brand (with MULTIPLE BUTTONS) if you change songs on your playlists. I know it's not earth-shattering in the context of the world and life but, for a product you JUST WANT to play audio, this product with voice control adds unnecessary complication that - when it worked - worked 80% of the time, slowly.Please.. just.. add.. BUTTONS.
