Helping with hormonal acne
I have had this for 3 days and instantly this has reduced stubborn hormonal acne (I am 56) on my chin. This type acne tends to hand around for months never really going away. I have been using the tea tree face mask and ampoule and decided to try the cica cream having heard good things about tiger balm creams. Wish I had done so earlier. I would recommend that Mediheal start making a trial sizes which was one reason why it took me a while to try this product. I highly recommend all 3 they work for me.

Fragrance free, silky feel, great for my sensitive skin
I am in my late 40's with dry sensitive skin made more so by my employment as a swim coach. This is in basic tube packaging with an aluminum seal so you know if it has been tampered with. Mine has a sticker on the tube correcting the package size. The cream is a lightweight almost gel consistency lotion. It is very pale green and I couldn't detect any scent at all. It literally sinks into your skin without any rubbing or tugging and feels silky and nourishing when applied. A little bit goes a long way. There is a slight sheen to it . . . my skin looked shiny for 5 minutes after application but it does not stay that way. This did not set off my sensitive skin at all, I had no redness, peeling, itching or burning. I was surprised how well it worked for me. Although I don't think it really helped my acne, it certainly didn't hurt it. I do wish it were a little more moisturizing but if you don't have the extremely dry skin that I do, I think this would be a great choice.

Probably will help someone?
I REALLY wanted this to work, as I am a sucker for new skincare products and have only heard good things about Korean skincare goods. Unfortunately this did not work for me. I have combination skin that loves tea tree and benzoyl peroxide (which is not in this product). Even adding in the benzoyl peroxide didn't make this product work. I had to completely strip it from my regimen. I am not sure why, but it really made my skin uneven and bumpy (I even waited for 4 weeks for full skin cell turnover). Still willing to try their other products one day perhaps.

I wanted to like it.
I like Mediheal products, but I don't know about this one. I tried using it with the serum, but nothing changed and the moisturizing was not good enough.
