ITIL(r)4: A Pocket Guide

I bought the book to get information about the ITSM and not for the exam, the book is very convenient and easy to read

This short book provides a welcome introduction to ITIL 4. The book essentially explains to us that practices take the place of ITIL version 3`s functions and processes. Similarly, ITIL 4`s service value chain takes the place of ITIL 3`s service lifecycle hub diagram.Only the pocket guide`s cost and its section 5.4 diagrams that necessitate a magnifying glass prevent my review receiving all 5 stars.

Helped me pass my ITIL foundation and use it daily as reference to my knowledge.

Ottimo compendio per chi vuole riprendere al volo i concetti dell'ITIL 4 sia in fase di ripasso pre esame che come handbook nella quotidianità; forse un po troppo risicato per prepararci l'esame. Consigliato se affiancato al testo ufficiale della TSO.

The Font size of text in the book is too small. It is not comfortable to read the book because of small font except directly under table lamp. Since I haven't read it, I can not comment about the quality of contents.
