Feels rough when applying

Its a very good product... can apply easily.. authentic sandalwood smell.. and stays pretty long unless you don’t sweat a lot.. may be a second application is needed after 4 hours or so.. otherwise a super purchase.. though the price is a bit high..

Product smelled good and was easy to apply however a severely painful rash developed in both armpits within 36 hours of a light application. I had to apply topical aloe vera and lidocaine in addition to taking oral pain medication to get through the day. It must not be an uncommon problem since the concern for a reaction is printed on the label as well as with a piece of paper that shipped with the product.

I was really excited about this deodorant at first because it works great in terms of keeping me from smelling (and most natural deodorants don't). I wasn't crazy about how thick it went on and it needed to be scrubbed off at each shower, which I had never experienced before. But the awful and crazy thing that happened is that both my husband and I got infected hair follicles in our arm pits in the first couple months of using this product (my husband had two at the same time!). Neither of us had ever experienced anything like this before but I think it has to do with how thick it is. My husband even ended up going to the doctor because of the infection (and it was super painful). Needless to say we discontinued use and have been fine. But yikes, it's not worth it.
