Very easy to roll and insert into the bra pocket, and it fits perfectly with my shape. I've used them for my sports bras and swimsuits. After putting them in the washing machine under cold water, they still held their shape exactly!

I have several unlined bras which are my favorites because they fit well and are comfortable but I found I could not wear them under certain shirts because the unlined cups revealed more than I wanted to share. These pads solved the problem nicely, I just slip one of these into each side of my bra and go. Since I was not putting the pads into a pocket, I did worry that they may slip or slide in the bra but that did not occur, I placed the pads exactly where I wanted them and they stayed there until I removed them that evening. In fact, I forgot they were in there, they are that comfortable! I'm very pleased with this purchase and recommend them to anyone who wants a bit more coverage in their unlined bra.
