I dont have puffiness so cant say for sure i basically use it around the eye socket upper lids

Nice, non-irritating

Nice little product. I purchased this gel for my upper eye lids as they're showing signs of sagging. I'm not sure if it's working but I can tell you this, the product didn't irritate my eyes. At all. To be frank, I don't use it everyday so a recommendation on its firming capabilities would be dishonest. There's a slight tackiness but not enough to be a bother. And I only use it when I'm not using eye shadow.
