RELAXED, TOO RELAXED, SAVE THESE FOR STRESSFUL TIMES ONLY
So this really does work as far as helping you sleep and be more relaxed. The problem I had was I was insanely tired and couldn't figure it out, I had been taking them for about 4 weeks and was going through the motions, a cruise, graduations and not my usual peppy self. I had absolutely no energy and just wanted to sleep and would sleep for 1, 2 sometimes even 3 hours during the day and getting 8-9 hours of sleep at night. I would still wake up tired and dazed.I stopped taking them about 6 days ago and I have my energy back, not sleeping as well at night but still better than I use to. Well, this stuff if known to have good properties for health. I was just shocked and disappointed when I visited local Indian store, this stuff was for safe at 1/3 of the price. Wow. It might be good for you, but sellers are laughing all the way to the bank for sure.
