The fan part is only ok, because it is not movable it only cools part of the front of the neck The most important reason I bought it was SUPPOSED to be the cooling effect. There is a metal p;ate on the back of the neck that cools a VERY FEW MINUTES then the plate actually HEATS UP!!! I wish to RETURN IT for a full REFUND, please.

Purchased the fan last summer of 2022 for myself & my daughter-in-law. Stopped using it in September. Pulled it out this week to use, May 2023.. charged it up over night, but it will not turn on. Fan would not work at all. I wrote a terrible review. Told my son about it this morning. He laughed and said "HOLD THE BUTTON DOWN FOR 5 SECONDS. I TOLD MY WIFE THE SAME THING YESTERDAY". Yes I feel foolish, but I had to pass this info on. Now that I know what to do, the fan works perfectly.

Not nearly as cold as the picture implies of course, but none the less these do provide some relief in the heat.

This neck fan with the cooling spot is a good idea but it needs improved. The cooling spot is not nearly big enough, you can barely feel it and it makes the rest of the area around your neck heat up more quickly. The fan feature works good but if your stuck wearing a mask while using this, then it becomes pointless.

This was perfect for working outside during the recent heat wave. The battery lasted a couple of days with constant use before it needed a recharge.
