Personally, it's terrible!
This thing made my shoulder hurt MORE. It really squeezed and pinched my upper arms and was very uncomfortable. I threw it away after 2 hours of use.

Smell like
Very very small, only could get an arm in up to bicep and there was no way I could get both arms in at all. Smell like chemicals
