Ok so I ordered this ink and as soon as I put in my printer I started having printing issues as in blank pages and half printed text. I thought it was my printer so I tried the second cartridge from the pack. Seemed to work well for that session of printing but a couple days after I tried to print something again the it would not print. I contacted the seller and they were kind enough to send me a replacement but same issue happened. Worked once and that was about it! I wouldn't recommend this product because it has hurt my work due to the printing delays it caused and a money thrown away. I am giving a star for the good customer service but unfortunately they didn't earn the other stars because of the FOUR faulty ink cartridges.

I decided to try this product since I hate the smudging HP ink. I thought waterproof, would be great... Nope. These damned things have been a problem since the very beginning. Since you buy ink for a future date, the return eligibility was way past when I first started my ordeal. I'm a geek with 37 years of computer experience so I tried every one of my tricks, to make them work. I've gone through all three of these cartridges and not one of them worked. I know they are discontinued because they are crap, but it's amazing what we will do to get a deal on something we want.

Price was reflected in the quality of the item. I never opened the color as the black cartridge stopped working within 2 days of being installed. Ink levels read full, but I could not print a thing. I have purchased this item previously, and they worked fine, but they were from a different seller. I returned and purchased again hoping that I may got a bad one. I'm giving 2 stars for fast shipping and GREAT packaging. Unfortunately packaging does not help if the item does not work. Again, I can't comment on the color cartridge. I bow the next ones work with no issues. If not, I'll have to go back to paying full price at the stores.

Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! Only thing that worked was the price but it ended up being wasted money because the cartridges were faulty and did not work. Ended up buying name brand product. Will NEVER purchase again.

This was disappointing. We tested it out and then printed one page using the black ink and then in two days, the ink either dried or something because we were no longer able to print in black with the black cartridge. Unbelievable.

If you have ever bought HP ink you know how expensive it is. These worked just as good and now we can print at an affordable price. I recommend to all my friends and family who are getting ripped off buying name brand ink.

The print cartridges arrived early.The packaging was a work of art.The cartridges fit and worked great, at first...Then one black 61 quit and then another black 61 quit and now the color 61 is skipping red.I tried two different printers, same result.Returned 1st. 61 black. Now need to return rest of cartridges in order to get refund.Must have been a bad run????KT

Beautiful packaging! This ink is awesome, even better than the HP brand. The quality is wonderful!!! I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
