From the bright yellow fields in the beautiful country of Sweden, we have packed all the goodness and nutrition in one bottle. Use this cold-pressed versatile oil: in salads, in sauces, when baking bread, for oven roasted veggies, sautéing and frying. It's like no other oil; it's in a class of it's own! The neutral taste with a hint of walnut, almonds and hazelnut comes from the conventional Late harvest in September while the organically grown early harvest carries a tone of fresh grass and herbs. This is the oil of the new kitchen, and could probably be the best oil available to you! And of course, it's non-gmo and high in omega-3. Bon appetite! Swedish gold and the Latin name brassica napus describes it's belonging to the brassica family, the same brassica family as the health promoting broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and swedes (rutabaga or Swedish turnip).

The Gift of Swedish Gold Oil
The "which oil is healthiest and tastes best" debate rages on in research and in the media, so I rotate through coconut, peanut, olive, and rapeseed. But of all these oils, Swedish House Swedish Gold (rapeseed) is my favorite! Its mild flavor and pedigree make it a joy for me to cook with and consume. Instead of a bottle of wine, I recently gave a friend a bottle of this for her birthday.

Healthy, light, delicious
Great product - I have been using this as a salad dressing the past few weeks and I love it. I used to use olive oil which often felt heavy. The Swedish Gold is light, healthy and airy in flavor. I either use it by itself or mix with a cracked pepper and lemon juice, both make the perfect dressing for salads. Very great product, looking forward to using it more and trying it in other ways.

Swedish Gold - great stuff
I wish I'd known about Swedish Gold sooner - it's a great tasting oil & it's high in Omega 3. Pour it on smoked tritip and even over rice (and use it as you would olive oil). It has a mild and nuanced flavor I have not tasted before and it's hard to put into words but you might know what I mean when you taste it. For lack of a better word it's simply delicious.

Thank you.
This remind me Natane oil of old Japan. I would use this oil as everyday cooking oil if I can afford.

A chef-friend mentioned this oil to me and it sounded almost too good to be true
WOW!A chef-friend mentioned this oil to me and it sounded almost too good to be true... so I bought one bottle to try. It is nothing short of fantastic, from smoke point, to flavor, fatty acid profile and viscosity. Very nice for making dressings and marinades but it also transforms simple food as pasta and rice to delicious meals. Why has this oil not been available in the US earlier? Thank you Swedish House!Gordon

Really great product!
Super healthy and good for cooking AND salad dressing. I did not purchase this, I received it as a gift but I will definitely purchase it once I run out! It does have a slightly different taste, a little tangy but nothing strong enough to ruin the plate, in fact I personally think it makes the food better.

Big fan!
I'm a bit of an olive oil snob, especially when it comes to making my own salad dressings, but Swedish Gold ended up exceeding my expectations. It's great for cooking (particularly onions), but I was really impressed with its taste for dressings and marinates. Give it a go!
