As an attempt to reduce my sugar intake through unnecessary carbs and eat healthier alternatives, I often use this to replace rice. I use it to accompany curry and chilli. Obviously it won't replace sushi rice, but for the main part, it's a healthier, high protein, low carb rice alternative. It also tastes really good!

This product is amazing value for money, will last for ages and the quality is great, comes in a durable bag and arrived quickly. If I buy a standard packet at the shop it’s so much more expensive for the weight, brilliant if you buy food in bulk like me!

Feed up buying overpriced quinoa that has nearly doubled in price over the last year in supermarkets. This will last ages and works out great compared to the shops.

Having said that I probably am not making it right alls I have tried is to make porridge And I don't think I've got there right consistency as yet but I still eat it it is better for you, And with having a lot of underlying illnesses where I need to get protein I will stick with this
