Great coloring
Hitting the high points, this is a deep rich red coloring gel that does NOT stain your kitchen ware. There is not strong flavor associated with it, so it is great in all types of baking. The spout tip is also great for an easy pour.In context, I've mostly been using this to color my red velvet cakes. I typically am a little heavy on the cocoa powder, so I needed a strong red dye to pull through it. This dye works perfectly for it, and I didn't have to use half the bottle like I would in water based food dyes. I highly recommend this product, and I'll mention again, it will NOT stain your kitchen ware!

Icing color
A true Red icing is very hard to get. But I have been able to achieve it with this super red food coloring

Super Red, is really Super Red!
The super red is great food coloring gel, made this cake using white cake recipe. My customer wanted red cake, and not the same as Red Velvet.

Beautiful color although this product has kind of a synthetic taste.

Thank the good Lord for squeeze bottles
Made a red velvet groom's cake with this. Three huge layers, plus a test cake. Used the whole bottle in the process. Couldn't taste any of it in the finished product. Fantastic. It totally will stain your mouth a bit though.

This is a very strong red color so you only need to use less drops. Thanks.
