Was a life saver on my 9 hour flight!
I bought this cushion, as well as another, to compare before my long flight. I've been struggling with sciatica down both legs, low back pain, and really bad left piriformis pain. I wasn't sure the seat cushion made a big difference, but packed it just in case since it is travel-friendly (the other wasn't). An hour into the flight and I was miserable, so I took it out. It helped relieve some of my pain immediately and made the rest of the flight so much more tolerable.I now tote this to my friend's houses and other places where I know I'll be sitting for a long time. It's so convenient and allows me to sit longer than normal without pain. If you are dealing with piriformis/glute pain of any kind, I highly recommend this cushion. The holes are spaced properly and take so much pressure off the piriformis/sciatic nerve.

Not great if you need a firmer cushion - not for me - piriformis syndrome
As per the title, I've suffered from piriformis syndrome since 2022, and I've done six months of physical therapy and while it's been slowly getting better, it's still an issue. Mainly, I'm okay most of the time now EXCEPT when sitting for long periods, which is the role that this cushion needed to play.It felt fine until the first week was over and it became too soft. Nothing against the company, the build quality was nice and the carrying pouch was good quality, but I needed something firmer.

Is Your Life Literally a Pain in the Butt? This Cushion Is For You
All kidding aside Piriformis syndrome is no joke. Excruciating pain. It is part of the muscle connected to the Sciatic nerve. Too much sitting was the culprit in my case. I work from home and have to sit at my computer all day. This cushion cleared up my Piriformis syndrome really quickly and I always use it so it hasn't come back since. I highly recommend this product!

Really Wanted to Love This
I loved the size and portability of this cushion. It seemed like it would be great for planes and long drives. The design looked good. I wanted to love it! The problem is that the cushion is way too hard andcauses more pain while not relieving the pain it is supposedly designed to help. Returning it. The Loutytuo, while difficult to travel with because of its size, works as promised and relieves the ischial tendonitis pain.

Well constructed, not ideal for narrow hips/butts
It seems like a well-made product. The cushion is very firm, although a little short, and the location of the holes for the ischial tuberosities are too far apart for my build. This might work fine if you're bigger boned, have a wider pelvis, or are heavier overall. If you're narrow through the hips and relatively thin, it may not be comfortable. It started making the pain around my ischial tuberosities worse shortly after I sat on it, and I could feel a spasm start in my left hamstring. I could not adjust the cushion in a way that would make the pain go away. Returned it.
