I’m a transformation coach and a learning and development professional who found this book inspiring! I love how thoroughly the authors shared the how and why behind this program. They empowered us to put this program into action in our associations and left no stone unturned. The appendix and samples are more than I can get my partners at work to share! I’m not in healthcare but I can easily transfer this knowledge to build and improve development programs in our lending association and my private practice. I’m so proud of the authors for taking the time to share their expertise and empower all of us to be better by helping those around us be better! The last sentence gave me chills! “They (teammates) will guide your organization to new horizons … if you let them.” YES YES YES!!!
