Nous avons cassé le vase de notre ancienne théière Bodum. En cherchant sur Amazon. Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour cette très belle théière.Seule déception: le filtre car il est difficile à enlever sans se brûler les doigts. Nous l'avons remplacé par notre ancien filtre qui lui, à une petite patte à l'arrière pour enlever facilement le filtre une fois l'infusion terminée

I am shocked to receive this so quickly. It traveled half way around the world in just a few days. Amazing!This teapot is elegant and functional. I have the matching creamer and sugar set, and also a few of the copper storage jars. They are impressive when displayed together. They are made in Portugal and every piece is absolutely gorgeous.

This looks beautiful.But it is useless. The product is SEVERELY flawed in a number of ways. (Surprising for Bodum who normally excel at simple, stylish, functional designs).1. It's scary to insert strainer / cage - you have to "push click" it into place, and it's VERY easy to get wrong. Which is not a massive problem until the pot is full of boiling water. Scalded hands and tea everywhere.... nightmare.2. Rusted within days - I found this impossible to clean without getting water between the frame and the glass bowl. Worried about rust, I tried really hard to avoid the metal when washing (impossible because - as you can see in the picture - the metal is right up close to the pouring lip). I even dabbed around the metal frame with a kitchen towel to mop up any dampness afterwards. But the frame is so tight around the teapot glass that water just seems to get stuck there.3. Doesn't pour - surely a prerequisite for a teapot! There is a gap in one section of the lid, which looks like it is there to be poured through. But it is not big enough and only a few drops get through before it stops pouring. To get the tea out, the lid has to be removed.So all in all, I found this unsatisfactory in the extreme.This is a review of the product and not the seller, who packaged it well and posted it promptly.
