Size runs small
Minimal support for my Achilles tendinitis but helps. Also runs too small for my women size 7 foot. I ordered am/med according to recommendation on sites guideHowever should be size by how big ankle size is

It works but....
I've been suffering with achilles tendonitis for a few months. It's really disrupting my workout.I ordered this Pro-tec thing and it worked. It reduces the pain that I feel in my ankle and heel. I'm grateful for that. However, if I walk all day in it I can get a blister in the back of my ankle. Also the foot strap can slide off and end up in the back of your shoe, making for an uncomfortable experience.I ordered a different brand with no foot strap in hopes this will work better.
