I cannot remember if I gave a previous review. The Xiaomi phone still does not connect in STA mode. The puffer robot does not read the QR camera on my phone thereby not connecting to it. It read the QR code on an iPhone however and connected to that phone and was able to be controlled via WiFi in STA mode. However once the phone was out of the WiFi range or on 4g data, it was no longer able to access or control the puffer robot. The Xiaomi only works in AP mode using the linksus as a hotspot.So we are able to use the robot but only within the household. I am not able to control it from anywhere else which was the point to be able to play with my pet during the day while I was at work. We are also not able to bind the phones using equipment sharing and I am not able to log in to another phone using my credentialsit keeps giving an error message.The robot works well however once I'm at home and all the functions work as is. The movements. The video. The camera. The audio. The laser, the laser perform and the treat dispenser. I attached a photo showing the quality of the camera which is quite good.Although the robot does not work with the WiFi, all the features work as promised in the AP mode and within the household. Although it does not do the job of being able to play with my pet while at work I have given 5 stars due to the excellent customer service. They were prompt in their replies and patient and helped with trouble shooting. Once all options were exhausted and they verified that the WiFi option was not working, they offered a full refund.For this reason, I have given 5 stars to the seller.

I never leave a review but I couldn't help myself with this one. I got this product a few months ago and from the beginning it gave problems. I had to return the first one. The volume is extremely low, pets can't hear you, camera moves on it's own, always having connection problems and now one of the wheels are jammed. I can't turn it left nor go forward. It only turns right and barely backwards. Please try another product this was a huge waste. It should be this bad so fast and no it's not my pet he doesn't even touch it. I could be watching my dog, I get off it and once I come back on the whole camera has shifted to another side of my house while my dog is asleep. At first it was a slight bit frightening but once I read reviews. I noticed my camera wasn't the only one moving on it's own.

I'll get to the point:This is excellent - it has good battery life, easy controls (though it could do with a speed function because it turns fast) and has been useful to me.BUT it was only usable once I worked through a few issues:1) When you connect, I usually find the responsiveness to be impossibly slow. I thought it was just the device BUT then realized that if you switch between definitions (SD to HD or SD to smooth), it suddenly becomes really smooth. This isn't about the video definition itself because switching SD to HD does the same thing. It causes a reset of some sort. I don't know why, but if you're finding the responsiveness to be poor, do this.2) Ignore the usual low battery icon that appears when you connect. I mean, it might be true, but that will be replaced by an accurate battery icon after a minute of using it.3) Put it facing against a wall when not using it. That will preserve battery life by not being set off regularly. End each session by having it face a wall.

Great product! I can see my dog anytime and talk to him and give him treats. The wheels work great and the app navigation is good, it'll go wherever I guide it to. My dog is already used to the robot and gets excited for the treats. The video quality is good and clear and so is the night vision. It's really nice so my dog knows he's not alone. I suggest waiting until prime day to buy when it's 30% off. The app is user friendly. Do not overcharge it or else it'll stop working. As in just charge for an hour and unplug. Don't leave it overnight.

I bought this for a week-long trip to keep an eye on my cats in between drop-in visits from the sitter. Overall, the quality of the video is very good, even at night; audio is not great. The robot itself is loud and not as easy to "drive;" it moves quickly in one direction in long spurts making it hard to avoid running into things and makes a lot of noise when it moves. I also found that it showed low battery after only a few minutes of use. It needs to be plugged in every day, which makes it difficult to use if you plan to be gone overnight. The treat dispenser is also very small, and only works with very small cat kibble and not normal size treats.

I adopted 2 kittens in July and I am a Firefighter - my 24 hour shifts can sometimes extend longer than expected/planned. I wanted something to say "hi" to my kitties with and found this with a reasonable price. I was definitely skeptical, given the price. However... I LOVE IT! It's amazing and million times better than I ever expected! I read in the reviews that the wifi was challenging. I hooked mine up in no time. I was able to access the robot from work no problem. It maneuvers well, has pre-programmed routes or routes that you can program yourself. You can feed the kitties, use the laser beam, talk to them, hear them... it's great. The kittens were a little afraid at first, but they LOVED the treats, laser beam, and being able to hear my voice. Oh and the photos/videos are hilarious!The only negatives are that sometimes I "think" it's shut off, and it is not. Every time I turn it on (after charging) the app says "low battery - do you understand you need to charge it.." I click yes and it goes away! It works for about 3 days with a full charge. Another negative is it goes really fast, so sometimes it is a challenge to "drive" in my living room. I wish I could turn it on/off remotely to save on the battery life, but even still it's great!Don't be afraid of the setup - it's easy. Your pets will love it! And so will you!

They copy-cated the original Owl feeder from another company.Probably will get suide. But this one is better than original. Stronger drive, will climb tiny hills, work better on carpet, allows minor climbing, bigger food depository. Gives ...less....food which I like. Other one over feeds.
