i'm about 70kg and I sat on it without breaking it, I think it's quite sturdy!

Q: Does it actually crack your back good?

actually, if you are looking for it to “crack your back” you will hurt yourself. The arch and angle does not align with the joint line of your spinal segments and you will damange your ligaments. This is to be used with caution and is meant to provide gradual gentle stretching. You will jack yourself up big time trying to crack your back with this.... you might try going to see a chiropractor who knows what they are doing and save yourself a trip to the hospital.
