Cheap device, but cost effective.
Perfect for checking my Golden Retriever's ears instead of paying the vet to do the same. Also, use a 50%/50% mixture of vinegar and water to clean your dog's ears and avoid trips to the vet.

peace of mind
It is very helpful to see if there is build-up in my child's ears (2.5). I like that this gives me the ability to check on him without having to go to the doctor. That being said, I do realize that this is not as strong as a doctors so it is impossible to check if the ear is truly infected.

Great item to have if your little ones have ear problems!!
This is a great piece of equipment to have if your children have ear problems and you are constantly running to the Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor!!! My son is on his 5th pair of ear tubes and this has saved me numerous trips and $$. It works great for all size ears, light works fantastically and the magnification is great. Definately worth the $$ to have esp. at this price!!

Almost doctor grade
I would give this one a 5 star if it were doctor grade but it is definitely second best. I can see straight to the back of my one year old son's ear canal(as long as there is not wax in the way). This is much better compared to Safety 1st brand..that one is hard to see with and kind of bulky.

Home ear scope
This is a good scope for the money! You can see into the ear just right and it comes with 3 different attachments for different size ears. I would recommend this otoscope over others I've seen.
